Designing the mold is the rock upon which the whole church will be built, and the quality of the entire project depends on it. That is why here at GEDA we offer our clients preemptive professional advice regarding each and every aspect of this phase: polymer choice, design, application, etc. Our team is here to guide you through the whole design process:
• Initial Project Evaluation. GEFA professionals will do a first analysis of the project to see if it’s actually doable. All the key factors will be evaluated: materials, cycle times, future applications and of course costs. From start to finish there are now third parties involved, we do everything in-house.
• Co-desing and Safety. With the help of cutting edge moulding simulation software (2D/3D) we conduct a deep structural analysis in order to tackle any potential critical flaw. GEFA guarantees maximum compliance with the highest quality standards while abiding by the structural architecture and specifications needed by the client. Our R&D team is always working on new solutions and processes using the latest injection moulding tech on the market. Our products are both *high performing and aesthetically pleasing.
• Moldflow analysis. Should the client request it, we at GEFA can deploy the injection moulding simulation software Moldflow, which allows us to spot and tackle any critical flaw the project might present. Thanks to Moldflow our professionals can analyze any problem and hand the client the best possible solution.
