GEFA specializes in injection moulding since its foundation more than 40 years ago. Injection moulding has no secrets to us: we know the polymers, the processes, the protocols, and the latest production techniques.
Our production line is equipped with both regular injection moulding machines and with machines able to work with bi-injection, using high performance thermoplastics polymers. GEFA provides services that cover the whole production process: designing, mold making, injecting, and assembling.

Bi-injection moulding
GEFA houses 5 bi-injection moulding machines operated by a Cartesian robot. These machines have optimized cycle times and allow for new applications involving bi-material based injection.
Metal replacement (PEEK)
PEEK ranks amongst the most sought after polymers for replacement work due to its high tensile strength and light-weight nature. GEFA endorses and makes extensive use of PEEK components (either natural or reinforced with glass fiber, ceramic or graphite).
Gas assisted injection moulding
GEFA houses 2 gas assisted injection moulding machines, as this process is compatible with all the main thermoplastics polymers. This process has several reasons that make it viable: weight reduction, cycle times reduction, more creative freedom during the design phase, improved mechanical properties.
